    I just spoke to the nicest Lady at CS. I explained that dd Christmas present, Josefina, had alot of loose hairs. Poor Josie's now has a bald spot on the top of her head about the size of half a dime. Now we know where all the lose hairs were coming from. The CS lady said she would send out the new doll tomorrow and that we could keep our Josie until she got here!! Yeaaahh!! DD was just clutching her doll when I told her we would have to send her back and get another one. She didn't think it was right for Josefina to have to get back in a box!! These dolls really do become part of the family.

    I agree, I think they do a fine job of customer service and trying to keep us all happy once we've purchased.

    I just wish they would notify us of low stock or upcoming retirements, and I also wish they would send out catalogs and extra perks like discounts to everyone, not just who they feel like marketing. Although we can usually find out the discount codes anyway! [img]wink.gif[/img]
